Role Overview

We are looking for a Zoho Developer who can customize, automate, and optimize Zoho applications to support marketing, sales, and operations workflows. This role is ideal for someone who understands Zoho’s ecosystem and can turn business requirements into efficient, scalable solutions.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to build and maintain Zoho-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and manage Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)

• Develop workflows, automation rules, and custom functions (Deluge)

• Integrate Zoho with third-party tools and platforms

• Optimize CRM pipelines, lead management, and reporting

• Build dashboards and reports for sales and marketing teams

• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support

• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or Zoho CRM Specialist

• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem tools

• Experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation

• Experience integrating Zoho with external tools via APIs

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

• Experience working with digital marketing or agency workflows

• Familiarity with sales funnels, lead management, and automation

• Experience with Zoho Creator or Zoho Analytics

• Background in no-code / low-code platforms
