Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist who can help design, build, and improve Metapixle’s digital products and service offerings. This role is ideal for someone who understands market needs, product positioning, and how to turn ideas into scalable, high-value products or packages.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to develop products that drive growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Research market needs, customer pain points, and competitive offerings

• Help define and structure digital marketing service packages and products

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product positioning and messaging

• Assist in building SOPs, workflows, and delivery frameworks for products

• Test, refine, and improve product offerings based on feedback and performance

• Support pricing strategy and value proposition development

• Coordinate product launches or updates

• Ensure products align with Metapixle’s growth and revenue goals

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in product development, product management, or service design

• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and online business models

• Ability to translate market research into actionable product ideas

• Strategic thinking with attention to execution details

• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

• Experience building agency service packages or digital products

• Background in SaaS, consulting, or online services

• Familiarity with funnels, offers, and go-to-market strategy

• Experience working with startups or growth-focused teams
