Role Overview

We are looking for a LinkedIn Page Manager who can manage, grow, and optimize LinkedIn company pages for Metapixle and its clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands LinkedIn’s algorithm, B2B content strategy, and professional audience engagement.

You will work closely with our content, design, and marketing teams to build authority, visibility, and inbound opportunities on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow LinkedIn company pages

• Plan and execute LinkedIn content strategies aligned with business goals

• Create and schedule posts (text, carousel, image, and video content)

• Write professional, engaging LinkedIn captions and hooks

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for post creatives

• Monitor engagement, comments, and inbox messages

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy

• Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, features, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn company pages

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm and B2B content strategy

• Experience creating and managing content calendars for LinkedIn

• Ability to write high-quality, professional copy

• Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and scheduling tools

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

• Experience working with B2B brands or service-based businesses

• Basic understanding of lead generation and personal branding on LinkedIn

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or boosting posts

• Agency or multi-client management experience
