Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who can handle client and customer inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, communicative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social platforms
