Role Overview
We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant who can handle live chat and messaging-based customer support across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, responds quickly, and ensures a smooth and positive customer experience.
You will work closely with customer service and internal teams to resolve inquiries and support clients in real time.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, website chat, and messaging platforms

Provide accurate information about services, processes, and support issues

Handle multiple chats simultaneously with professionalism and clarity

Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required

Maintain chat logs and update customer records

Follow chat scripts, tone guidelines, and response standards

Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction

Collect feedback and report common customer questions or issues
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in chat support or customer support roles

Excellent written communication skills

Fast typing speed with high accuracy

Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations

Customer-first and problem-solving mindset

Familiarity with chat tools or helpdesk systems

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
