Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and help convert prospects into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing services and can confidently communicate value to potential clients.
You will work closely with management and marketing teams to drive agency growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for Metapixle

Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

Qualify leads and understand client needs and goals

Present Metapixle’s services and value propositions to potential clients

Schedule discovery calls and support the sales process

Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems

Follow up with prospects and nurture leads

Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth client handover
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of digital marketing services (ads, social media, funnels, etc.)

Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, or cold prospecting

Ability to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and targets

Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

Experience working in a digital marketing or ad agency

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
