Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Automation Executive who can design, implement, and manage AI-powered automations to improve efficiency, lead handling, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to connect tools, workflows, and AI systems to reduce manual work and scale processes.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to build smart automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage AI-driven automations for marketing, sales, and operations

• Automate lead capture, follow-ups, CRM updates, and reporting workflows

• Integrate tools using platforms like Zapier, Make, or similar

• Implement AI tools for chatbots, content support, and internal workflows

• Optimize existing processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues

• Document workflows and create SOPs for automations

• Stay updated with new AI tools and automation trends

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)

• Understanding of AI tools and use cases in marketing and operations

• Experience integrating CRMs, forms, email tools, and marketing platforms

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to design scalable and reliable workflows

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

• Experience with chatbots, AI agents, or workflow orchestration

• Familiarity with APIs and webhooks

• Experience working with digital marketing or agency teams

• Background in no-code / low-code automation
